I went into GSHD in Morris Plains in 2019 as a 2nd year rider not knowing much about Harley's. I met Rob Suto and he took me on a test ride with a 2019 Low Rider and 2019 Heritage. He let switch bikes so that I could actually ride both. I didn't buy last year, but I kept coming back every so often and telling Rob that I was going to buy a Heritage. This week I finally went in and saw Rob. He was willing to work with me on everything I wanted and made me feel that my satisfaction as a customer really mattered. I asked a million and a half questions, had him change the work order for the additional parts a million times and asked for all kinds of electronic copies of the Bill of Sale and work orders after the sale. Rob demonstrated an unwavering, polite and accommodating demeanor throughout the entire process. He really embodies what we have come to expect from the Harley-Davidson customer-oriented approach that the name represents (of old). I highly recommend that you buy your bike from Rob. He will make the entire process as easy and fair as possible and you will get the smile... the one that just creeps up on your face when you stand there and look at your new bike!
