After buying my 2020 flhc I wanted to do some modifications and keep it within the Harley warranty. The salesman Rob put me in touch with the service manager Berry and he advised me on what I would need to put on the bike to keep it within warranty. He was also very friendly patient and explained everything in detail. When I went to see the bike after was finish I couldn't help but smile ear-to-ear the whole time I was there. Barry made sure that everything was done right. He was very friendly, did excellent work and exhibited the true professionalism you would come to expect from Harley-Davidson. I am very happy with how my bike turned out and I am so glad that I got to know Barry. He made me feel bike I could call him if I had any questions or needed any help with mechanical issues or upgrades on the bike. I can't say enough good things about Barry and what a nice guy he is. Thank you Barry, for helping to make this experience of buying my first Harley so enjoyable, I really appreciate it.
