After buying my 2020 flhc I wanted to do some modifications and keep it within the Harley warranty. The salesman Rob put me in touch with the service manager Barry and he advised me on what I would need to put on the bike to keep it within warranty. He was also very friendly, patient and explained everything in detail. When I went to see the bike after was finish I couldn't help but smile ear-to-ear the whole time I was there. Barry made sure that everything was done right and I was really happy to see the painstaking effort that the shop went through to even detail my bike after working on it. Barry was very friendly, did excellent work and exhibited the true professionalism you would come to expect from Harley-Davidson. I am very happy with how my bike turned out and I am so glad that I got to know Barry. He made me feel bike I could call him if I had any questions or needed any help with mechanical issues or upgrades on the bike. I can't say enough of good things about Barry and what a nice guy he is. Thank you Barry, for helping to make this experience of buying my first Harley so enjoyable, I really appreciate it.
