Just picked up my 2021 HD Road King with a Screamin' Eagle Stage IV engine upgrade yesterday. I ordered the bike and put a deposit down on it in late January. Through no fault of the dealership, there were delays at the factory and the ship date was only rescheduled once. The bike arrived and was customized within a week. I got phone calls, texts, and emails letting me know the status of the bike and when I could pick it up. Wayne took care of everything on the bike and with the order, Rob helped me close out the financial end of the deal.
